Festivals, Festivals and more Festivals!

Well, it looks as though summer has finally arrived, and along with it come the exciting variety of music, food, beer and arts festivals!

It's another busy month for the DigiTickets team - this weekend in particular, thanks to the hugely successful Beer Festival at Occombe Farm.  Taking place last Friday and Saturday, the event was a sell out success welcoming thousands of visitors to the popular festival, now in it's 9th year.

The DigiTickets Event Management team were on-site throughout the whole event, managing the ticket redemptions, distributing beer tokens that were pre-ordered online and liaising with the Occombe Farm team throughout to ensure an incredibly slick, well organised and thoroughly enjoyable event.

Check out some of their Facebook comments - certainly evidence that a good time was had by all and many people already looking forward to next year, including ourselves!  Thankfully, no-one will have to wait until next June for the next Occombe event though, as the eagerly anticipated Occombe Cider Festival takes place this September - we look forward to seeing you there! This weekend also tied in with the Towcester Food Festival; another very successful event based at Towcester Racecourse for it's first year.  Given the hugely positive reviews by its visitors, there's no doubt that it'll be back for many more years entertaining the locals. 

June also sees the wonderful Shrewsbury Food Festival on 28th & 29th June.  Working with the best chefs in the business to provide demonstrations, plus 200 exhibitors, an innovative 'Restaurant Safari' and so much more, this one isn't to be missed - check it out at http://www.shrewsburyfoodfestival.co.uk/
